Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The Recycled Polyester Sportswear - Basic fabric has a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. In addition, it has GRS certification and is considered sustainable due to its recycled nature. Its printed design combines different elements to create an abstract and artistic effect, with a marbled texture that gives it a unique touch. The main colors of this design are multi-color, which allows it to combine especially well with plain tones such as black, white, gray or blue.

The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is designed to be used in garments where the view of the printed side is the priority. As for its general characteristics, it stands out that the fabric is soft and smooth to the touch, which makes it especially comfortable for use in sportswear, swimwear or Bermuda shorts, as well as in shirts for men, women or children.

In terms of applications and uses, in addition to those mentioned above, it should be noted that this fabric is ideal for garments that require a certain degree of elasticity to adapt to the body, such as sports leggings or fitted tops. In addition, its polyester composition makes it resistant to wear and wrinkles, which facilitates its maintenance and care.

Regarding the care that should be taken into account for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron it at low temperature and not tumble dry it. In this way, a greater durability of the garment will be guaranteed.

Finally, the printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design printed on paper to the fabric by means of heat and pressure, allowing to achieve high quality and definition in the final image. This process is especially used for polyester fabrics, where the color adheres easily to the fibers of the fabric.
