The fabric in question is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, a corduroy-type fabric with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. With a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm, this fabric is presented as an ideal option for both decoration and fashion. Its printed design has a series of attributes that make it especially striking, among them a romantic style represented through lip shapes and a kiss. The main colors of the design are cotton white, garnet red, and bell pepper red.
This fabric printed with the aforementioned design would combine perfectly with a wide variety of other plain colors, such as shades of beige, brown, or gray. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing; it is not a double-sided printed fabric but a single-sided one.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, we can highlight its soft texture to the touch and its visual shine. It is a versatile fabric that can be used in different applications and uses, such as decorating chairs, sofas, cushions, or baskets, as well as for making garments such as pants, jackets, or blazers.
As for the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. The garment does not allow dry cleaning but does allow dry cleaning with trichloroethylene. It should also be ironed at a cold temperature and should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process that allows the transfer of designs through the evaporation of solid inks into gas and their fixation on the fabric. This allows obtaining high-quality and durable designs.
