The Jaspeado - Dubai Jersey Knit fabric is a knit fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 135 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm, and its care instructions include a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning allowed except for trichloroethylene, cold ironing, and no tumble drying. This fabric is suitable for both womens and mens fashion, especially for knit garments like t-shirts. Additionally, it features sublimation printing technology (polyester) that allows designs to be imprinted on one side in a durable manner.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by an abstract watercolor and paint design, with a drawn style. Its main colors are multicolor, allowing for a wide variety of combinations with solid colors, highlighting the range of earth tones and greens. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures the durability of the design over time.
Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric stands out for having a smooth texture and a translucent and mottled visual appearance, with an elastic feel. These characteristics make it a comfortable and versatile fabric, which is reflected in its applications and uses, ranging from the creation of fashion garments, especially t-shirts, to the creation of accessories and complements. As for the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and to consider the maximum washing temperature limits, along with the impossibility of using tumble dryers. One of the advantages of polyester fabric is that it allows dry cleaning, but always with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the sublimation printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is a process that consists of transferring inks through heat and pressure, which fixes the design on the fabric with great resistance to washing and wear. This technology is widely used in the manufacture of sports fabrics and high-quality garments.
