Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel is a tweed fabric made entirely of polyester with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It has a rigid texture that combines perfectly with its printed design. The design of this fabric features a combination of abstract elements, watercolor, painting, and drawing, highlighted by the use of multiple colors that blend into an explosion of vibrant tones. This fabric, printed on one side by digital textile printing, would be ideal for making striking and colorful garments such as jackets, blazers, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, shorts, Bermuda shorts, bow ties, and caps. In addition, it would also be perfect for decorative cushions in the living room, bedroom, and kitchen.
Regarding solid color combinations, it would be advisable to use neutral tones such as gray, black, or white, so as not to detract from the printed design. On the other hand, regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its rigid texture stands out, making it resistant and durable. In addition, its polyester composition makes it easy to care for and maintain. As for the printed design, it stands out for the explosion of color it presents, combining abstract and pictorial elements.
Among the applications and uses that can be given to this fabric, fashion garments for both women and men stand out, specifically for jackets, blazers, coats, trench coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, shorts, or Bermuda shorts. In home textiles, it would be perfect for decorative cushions in the living room, bedroom, and kitchen.
It is important to note that this fabric must be cared for delicately: bleaching is not recommended, washing should be at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used is polyester sublimation, a process in which the design is printed on special paper which is placed on the surface of the fabric and subjected to high temperatures. This allows the design to be integrated into the fabrics own structure, offering high quality and resistance.
