Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas Fabric - Dallas features a printed marine-style design with multicolored waves. This fabric is made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its texture is rough and rigid, with an opaque visual appearance. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding its characteristics, the fabric is resistant and durable, ideal for decoration projects such as paintings, cushions, baskets, frames, upholstery for sofas and chairs, among others. In addition, its sustainability thanks to GRS certification and its timeless character make it a very versatile fabric.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allowing dry cleaning with solvents. It can be ironed at a cool temperature and tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of the fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process in which the design is printed using heat and pressure, achieving a molecular-level color transfer, ensuring high quality and sharpness of the design. The fabric is printed on one side only, allowing greater control and precision in printing.
This marine and multicolored design could be combined with plain fabrics in dark blue, white, and gray tones to follow a nautical or marine-inspired theme.
