The fabric we are discussing is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, a sweatshirt-type fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its printed design features standard complexity in an abstract, home décor style, with main colors of sky blue (47.59%), jay blue (33.55%), and a touch of white (8.44%). This design symbolizes the tranquility of home and its connection to nature. Regarding the printing technique, it should be noted that the fabric is digitally printed on one side with the design, not a double-sided printed fabric.
The fabric has a brushed finish, which gives it a soft and velvety appearance with a pleasant feel against the skin. In terms of applications and uses, it can be used to make fashionable sweatshirts for both women and men, toiletry bags, sports tracksuits, and accessories such as backpacks. Regarding fabric care, it is important to note that it should not be bleached, it is recommended to wash at maximum temperatures of 40ºC, it can be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene, it is not suitable for ironing, and it can be tumble dried at reduced temperature to extend its useful life.
Finally, we need to explain the printing technology used for this fabric, which is sublimation (polyester). This method consists of a physical transformation in which the ink sublimes directly onto the fabric and becomes a permanent part of it. It is a more ecological process than other printing techniques as it does not use water or produce chemical waste. Furthermore, as there is no physical contact between the ink and the fabric, the result is a high-definition and highly durable print.
