The Polyester Lycra Fabric - Cairo is a type of Lycra composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features houndstooth shapes, with a predominance of corn yellow and cotton white, along with a small touch of corn yellow. This printed design is only found on one side of the fabric, using digital textile printing.
The fabric has several characteristics that make it suitable for use in sportswear, lingerie, fashion, and swimwear. Its texture is elastic and soft, as well as being chlorine resistant and having a very high UPF sun protection factor of 50+.
Among the applications of this fabric, we find its use in sportswear for women, men, and children, lingerie such as bodysuits and bras, knitwear such as tops and scrunchies, as well as in swimsuits and bikinis for men and women.
It is important to consider the care of this fabric, washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, without using bleach or tumble dryer, and it allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a printing technique that allows fabrics to be printed in full color and with great detail, without the ink peeling off or fading over time and repeated washes.
