The fabric in question is the Elastic Knit Crepe - Riga, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with an elastic and granular texture to the touch. Its weight of 180 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it ideal for both womens and mens fashion, used in the creation of dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear. Using a sublimation printing technique, the fabric is printed on one side with a very simple patterned design, with both an artistic and geometric style, predominantly featuring soft ivory white, dark orange, and sienna brown, combining with other plain colors like black, gray, or cream.
Regarding its characteristics, the fabric is elastic and has a granular texture that makes it visually attractive. The printed design is suitable for modern and minimalist styles, very easily combinable with any of the other plain colors mentioned. This fabric is perfect for both summer and winter applications, with great potential in urban fashion.
Concerning its care, these two-component fabrics require special treatment, such as gentle washing at a temperature not exceeding 40 degrees, as well as low-temperature ironing.
The technology used to print this fabric is sublimation, which is applied to polyester fabrics. This technique consists of transferring ink from paper to the fabric without leaving residues, which is then subjected to high temperatures and pressures to transform the ink into gas and ensure the designs fixation on the fabric. This process prevents the possibility of printing the fabric on both sides but provides high image quality and a very soft finish to the touch.
