The Recycled Lycra - Seal fabric is a stretchy and resistant fabric, ideal for lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear. Its printed design is very simple yet artistic and decorative, with a theme inspired by the sky and clouds. The design features a variety of main multicolor hues, allowing it to be combined with a wide range of plain tones to create unique and colorful garments. It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
General characteristics of the fabric include its soft and elastic texture, as well as its chlorine-resistant finish with very high UV protection. The design is simple yet evocative, with a light and cheerful theme. Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, the aforementioned lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear, as well as tights and leggings, can be highlighted. Furthermore, its recycled fabric and GRS certification make it a sustainable and responsible choice.
As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Also, it should not be dry-cleaned or tumble-dried, and should be ironed at a cool temperature to prolong its lifespan.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique that allows high-quality and durable images to be transferred onto synthetic fabrics such as Recycled Lycra - Seal. This printing process uses special inks that turn into gas when heated, thus penetrating the surface of the fabric to create a very resistant and vibrant print.
