The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, with a composition of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. Its grammage is 237 gr/m2 and its width is 152 cm, with a soft, opaque and elastic texture to the touch. It is printed using sublimation technology on one side by digital textile printing. The printed design is very simple and artistic, with decorative motifs inspired by nature, specifically the sky and clouds, in multicolored tones. This fabric could be combined with solid colors such as white or black to highlight the tones of the design.
The applications of the fabric are diverse, for example, for the manufacture of lingerie such as briefs, bodysuits and bras/bralettes, as well as for fashion garments, tops, accessories and sportswear for women, men and children. The elastic texture of the fabric allows for a comfortable fit in garments close to the body.
It is important to consider the care for this fabric: bleaching should be avoided, and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene. Iron at a low temperature on the reverse side of the fabric and avoid using tumble dryers to maintain the elastic properties of the fabric.
Sublimation technology is based on the transfer of the design printed on transfer paper, in this case polyester, to the fabric by applying high temperature and pressure, achieving a high-quality and durable finish. This technology allows for printing high-resolution designs and vibrant colors on fabrics of different compositions and textures.
