The Elastic Punto Roma fabric - Lyon is exceptional for its softness and texture, making it perfect for manufacturing mens and womens fashion garments, as well as home textiles such as dining napkins. The printed design is very simple but with modern art, with a smooth texture and a burst of multicolored colors, making it perfect for casual and relaxed garments. It could also be easily combined with solid colors such as white, black, gray, and navy blue. It is worth noting that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, meaning that the print is only on one face of the fabric.
As for general characteristics, this fabric is presented as a high-quality Punto fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which guarantees its elasticity and durability over time. On the other hand, the printed design is comfortable to the touch and soft, which, together with the characteristics of the base fabric, makes it a very comfortable and versatile fabric to use.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, apart from those already described, this fabric is perfect for making pants, skirts, jackets, and sweaters, as the fabric is elastic and will not deform in the most stressed areas. In addition, it is a very suitable fabric for winter fashion.
The care instructions to be taken into account for this fabric are as follows: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not tumble dry, iron at a cool temperature, and dry clean except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to create this fabric is sublimation, which means that a process is used whereby the dye turns into a gas and permanently adheres to the fabric. This ensures detailed and precise printing on the fabric.
