Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a tweed type fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 420 gr/m2. Its printed design is abstract, with brushstrokes that evoke street art, and is characterized by being very colorful thanks to the use of multiple colors. The main colors of the design are multi-color, but it can also be combined with solid tones such as black, white or gray. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics, the fabric has a rigid texture that is appreciated to the touch. For its part, the design printed on the fabric gives a feeling of movement and dynamism thanks to the brushstrokes that form it. Among the applications and uses of the fabric, we can highlight its usefulness for making fashion garments, both for men and women, such as jackets, blazers, coats or dresses, among others. It is also a suitable fabric for making accessories such as bow ties or caps. As for the home, it can be used for making cushions for both the living room and the bedroom and kitchen. It can even be used for making sports garments such as vests.
As for the care required for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and wash it at a maximum of 30ºC. In addition, it allows dry cleaning, although not using trichloroethylene. Ironing should be at a cold temperature and a dryer should not be used.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, a digital textile printing process that is characterized by being able to print designs with great precision and sharpness, as well as by being resistant to the passage of time and the action of washing.
