Recycled Lycra fabric is a stretchy and soft fabric weighing 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% recycled polyester and 15% elastane, with a width of 150 cm and GRS certification. Its printed design is characterized by standard complexity, with abstract brushstrokes and an artistic, drawn style, presented in multiple colors. In addition to the main multi-color tones, this design can be combined with solid colors such as black, blue, green, or pink.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, allowing for high color fidelity and detail in the printed image. General characteristics of the fabric include its soft and elastic texture, as well as its chlorine resistance and very high UV protection 50+. The printed design stands out for its artistic style and complexity, making it ideal for sportswear, swimwear, and fashion clothing.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to the already mentioned scrunchies, bikinis, or swimsuits, this type of fabric is ideal for sportswear in general and particularly for those requiring high performance due to the fabrics resistance and elasticity. It is also a good choice for comfortable and body-hugging garments.
The care instructions for this fabric are as follows: do not bleach, wash with water at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, tumble drying is not permitted, and dry cleaning is not allowed.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high definition of the printed image and greater durability of the design on the fabric.
