The Velvet Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric composed of 85% POLYESTER, 12% POLYAMIDE, and 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features a vector pattern style that contains shapes in a color palette inspired by delicious ice creams, with predominant tones of gulf blue, basketball orange, and canary yellow. This design is printed on one side of the fabric using sublimation printing technology (polyester).
The fabrics texture is soft to the touch and presents a visual sheen that adds elegance to the printed design. This velvet corduroy can be used for interior decoration, as well as for fashion in garments such as trousers, overshirts, jackets, or bags. Additionally, it is suitable for use in cushions, baskets, upholstery for chairs, sofas, and armchairs.
Among the care instructions to consider, it is important not to use bleach and not to wash at a temperature higher than 30ºC. The garment does not allow dry cleaning and dry cleaning is recommended except with trichloroethylene. Ironing temperature should be cold, and a tumble dryer should not be used.
Finally, sublimation printing technology (polyester) is characterized by its process of transferring ink to the fabric through an intermediary paper, where the ink is vaporized and permanently and durably adheres to the fabric, achieving a wide variety of designs and vibrant colors on the fabric. To combine with other solid colors, one can opt for light shades such as white or pale pink, or bolder shades such as intense red or purple.
