The base fabric on which the design is printed is the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, a twill composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which gives it a rough and elastic texture to the touch, in addition to a special softness. It has a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric is perfect for making womens and mens fashion garments such as pants, skirts, jeans and shorts, as well as accessories and decorative elements such as cushions, frames and paintings.
The printed design of the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon fabric is a colorful style with a feather texture that gives it a light and modern air. The main colors of this design are multi-color, which means they can be combined with other solid colors to create different effects. The printing is done on one side only, using sublimation technology (for polyester), which guarantees a faithful reproduction of the colors and design on the fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its elasticity, resistance and adaptability to different shapes and uses stand out. On the other hand, the feather design gives it a whimsical and modern touch, which makes it perfect for youthful and fresh garments and decorative elements.
The applications and uses of the fabric cover a wide variety of options, from clothing to decorative elements for different home environments. In addition, thanks to its blend of polyester and elastane, it is easy to care for and does not require special care.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed (except with trichloroethylene), ironing at cold temperature and it is not suitable for tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (for polyester), a process by which ink is transferred from a special paper to the fabric by means of heat and pressure. This method guarantees high print quality and great durability, as the ink is embedded in the polyester fiber.
