The base fabric is Recycled Lycra, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has a soft and elastic texture, and features a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection (50+). As for its printed design, it presents a decorative and botanical style, with plants and leaves of multiple colors. The fabric is printed with the design on one side by digital textile printing.
Possible color combinations for this fabric could be with plain colors from the range of greens and blues, such as aqua green or turquoise blue, to highlight the colors of the plants and leaves of the printed design. This combination would create a natural and fresh effect.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, it is commonly used in swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, but can also be used in accessories such as scrunchies and hair ties. Its elasticity and water resistance make it perfect for this type of sportswear. It can also be used in fashion garments, such as retro-style swimsuits or summer clothing.
To care for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron it at a cold temperature, and do not tumble dry. In addition, dry cleaning of the garment should be avoided.
The printing technology used to create this design on the base fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of transferring a special ink onto polyester using high temperature and pressure. This process allows the design to be completely integrated into the fabric fiber, thus guaranteeing great resistance and durability. In summary, Recycled Lycra with a multicolored botanical printed design is a soft, elastic, chlorine-resistant fabric with very high UV protection, ideal for swimwear and accessories, printed on one side by digital textile printing with sublimation technology (polyester).
