Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed-Chanel fabric is a stiff fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 420 gr/m2. Its printed design is characterized by a simple complexity that reflects a sense of brilliance with predominant tones in an ice multicolor. This single-sided fabric, digitally printed, combines perfectly with plain colors in gray, cream, and even red tones. Its general characteristics stand out for its stiff feel and the durability provided by the quality of this fabric.
Its applications and uses are numerous and wide-ranging, including the fashion sector for both womens and mens garments, being ideal for making jackets, blazers, coats, trench coats, skirts, dresses, blousons, vests, shorts, and Bermudas. It can also be used for accessories such as bow ties and caps. In terms of the textile/home sector, the fabric is perfect for creating cushions in bedrooms as well as living rooms, kitchens, and outdoors, being resistant to weather conditions.
It is important to consider the care instructions for this fabric, such as avoiding direct sun exposure, not bleaching or tumble drying, and ironing at a cool temperature. Hand washing or machine washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC is recommended, and dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used on this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows the ink to transfer to the fabric through vaporization and solidification in the polyester fiber. This process provides high quality and fidelity to the printed design, maintaining its vibrant and sharp colors over time and washes.
