Elastic Roma Knit - Lyon

The base fabric is called Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, and it has a composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which gives it a slight elasticity. It has a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is characterized by its floral nature, with artistic flowers and plants in multicolor. In addition, its texture is soft to the touch.

This design could combine very well with plain colors such as black, white or gray, due to its sober character, but it could also be combined with stronger shades such as green or pink, to give the garment more personality. It is important to note that this fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.

In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric is perfect for womens and mens fashion, and can be used for knitwear garments such as tops, t-shirts, trousers, dresses or jumpers; and in home textiles, for dining napkins. The artistic flower and plant print offers an elegant and sophisticated look, which can perfectly adapt to both modern and classic styles.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to use bleach, wash at a maximum of 30ºC and iron at a cold temperature. The fabric can be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene and cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing the design on a special transfer paper, which is placed in contact with the fabric and subjected to a high temperature. In this process, the ink transforms into gas and penetrates the fibers of the fabric, creating a permanent print resistant to washing and wear.
