The base fabric is Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, with a composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which makes it soft and elastic to the touch. This fabric is perfectly adaptable for making fashion garments such as trousers, skirts, shorts, dresses, and jeans, as well as accessories like kitchen cloths and cushions. In addition, it can be used for making napkins, cushions for the bedroom and living room, embroidery hoops, and decorative frames. One of the main characteristics of this fabric is its great resistance, which makes it very durable and perfect for daily use.
The printed design has a combination of colors that balance each other. Jay blue dominates the design with a percentage of 74.04%, while DarkSlateBlue purple and Grape purple add a touch of contrast with 8.47% and 6.85% respectively. This design has an artistic and drawn style, with standard complexity and a fractal pattern.
The digital textile printing is single-sided, which means the design is printed on only one side of the fabric. It should be noted that the printing quality is exceptional, which ensures a clear and defined image over time.
The Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon has a rough texture to the touch, although the presence of elastane makes the fabric elastic and soft. The fabric is perfect for use in clothing and accessories, as well as home decor. To combine the colors of the design, plain tones of blue, purple, and white can be used.
Regarding the care required for this fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached or washed at temperatures above 30°C. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. It is recommended to iron at cool temperatures and avoid using a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used to create this fabric is polyester sublimation. This technology consists of printing the design onto special transfer paper and then transferring the image to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique produces high-quality and high-definition images, which ensures that the design remains vivid and vibrant over time.
