The Organic Cotton Twill Fabric - Florence features a printed design of lines and stripes in sky blue and cotton white tones. This design symbolizes movement and dynamism, bringing a modern and elegant style. In addition, it perfectly combines with plain colors such as navy blue, white, gray, and black for contrasting or tonal combinations. It is worth noting that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, it has a soft touch texture but rigid fibers, which makes it a resistant and durable fabric. Its 100% organic cotton composition makes it high quality and sustainable. As for the printed design, it can be observed how the attributes of shapes and lines are perfectly appreciated thanks to the printing technology used.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very varied, from decoration for frames, paintings, and cushions, to fashion for trousers, overshirts, jeans, and shorts for men and women. It can also be used to make toiletry bags and coin purses. It is even suitable for home textiles such as table runners, tablecloths, napkins, and cushions for the bedroom, living room, or kitchen.
It is important to note that this fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC without using bleach and cannot be tumble dried. In addition, it is recommended to iron at a cool temperature and dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is reactive direct digital (natural fibers), which allows color fixation to organic cotton fibers in a more environmentally friendly way. This process consists of transferring the ink directly onto the fabric through a digital system that controls the color and precision of the print through heat and vaporization treatments.
