Nairobi polyester lycra fabric is a high-quality elastic fabric with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, providing an excellent body fit. It has a soft and pleasant texture, resistant to chlorine and UV rays, with a very high protection of 50+.
The printed design features a combination of abstract and artistic elements such as drops, stains, and paint, with a touch of graffiti and dye. The main colors are cotton white (75.84%), night black (19.23%), and silver gray (2.17%). It would perfectly combine with solid colors such as intense blue or pale pink.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, meaning the pattern is on the front of the fabric. The design attributes give it a unique and original style, perfect for sportswear such as swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, or leggings. It can also be used for creating lingerie and fashion garments.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and not use a tumble dryer. This fabric does allow dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and can be ironed at a cool temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used is polyester sublimation, which allows for high print quality and great durability of the design on the fabric. This process involves transferring the image from special paper to the fabric using heat and pressure, ensuring that the design does not fade over time.
