The base fabric is a technical fabric called Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric, with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 200 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and it has important characteristics such as its waterproofing and granulated and rough texture. As for the printed design, we can find mostly circular shapes, in different sizes and with the main colors: Night Black, Piglet Pink, Plum Pink. This design has great versatility and can be combined with solid colors such as white, navy blue or dark gray. The fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, resulting in high print quality.
As for its general characteristics, the fabric is highly water resistant due to its waterproofing, making it perfect for use in outdoor garments or outdoor decoration, such as cushions or awnings. The printed design has an opaque visual texture that complements very well with the granulated and rough texture of the base fabric. In addition, thanks to its sublimation printing technology, the design is resistant to high temperatures and does not wear out quickly with use, ensuring long durability.
The applications and uses of this fabric are diverse, according to its characteristics. In fashion, it is used for outdoor garments such as trench coats and raincoats for women, men and children. In outdoor decoration, this fabric can be used in the manufacture of cushions and awnings. In home textiles, it can be used for making dining table cloths.
It is important to take into account the specific care this fabric requires, such as not bleaching, not dry cleaning, ironing at a cool temperature and avoiding using a dryer to ensure its long durability.
This fabric is printed using sublimation technology on polyester, which allows for high print quality and long durability on the fabric. Sublimation is a process in which the design is first printed on transfer paper and then transferred to the fabric through the application of heat and pressure, which allows the color and image to penetrate the fabric and not wear out easily.
