Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a high-quality fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 420 gr/m^2. It has a width of 150 cm and is quite easy to care for, as it cannot be bleached, can be dry cleaned, has a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC, can be ironed at a cool temperature, but cannot be tumble dried. It is a very versatile fabric used in fashion garments such as jackets, coats, skirts or dresses, as well as in sportswear or accessories.
The fabric is printed with a complex patterned design, in a modern art style, with shapes that imitate cracks in stone and with multi-color as main colors. The design is very symbolic and versatile, and can be combined with other plain colors such as black, white, brown or beige. Digital textile printing is done on one side, which provides a smooth and perfect finish.
Both the fabric and the design have unique characteristics that make them perfect for use in a large number of applications. The Tweed - Chanel fabric is rigid and has a special feel, which makes it perfect for garments such as jackets or coats. The printed design is characterized by its complexity and modern style, which makes it a very attractive element for fashion and decoration.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very varied, being able to be used in fashion garments for both men and women, in fashion accessories such as caps or bow ties and even in cushions for different rooms of the home or outdoors. Its use is perfect for the autumn/winter 2021 season and it is also a timeless fabric.
Regarding the care this fabric should have, it is important to remember that it cannot be bleached or tumble dried as it could be damaged. The maximum washing temperature is 30ºC and dry cleaning is recommended with the exception of using trichloroethylene. For ironing, it is advisable to do it at a cool temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is done on polyester. This type of technology is used to print very detailed designs in a large number of colors and allows the designs to be wash-resistant and of high quality.
