The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal, weighing 230 gr/m2, is characterized by its elasticity and chlorine resistance, boasting a very high UV protection factor of 50+. Its printed design showcases natures complexity, combining trees, palm trees, trunks, and wood in multicolor tones. This design can be perfectly matched with solid colors such as white, black, green, or dark blue.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, meaning it is not a double-sided print but rather printed on only one side. The fabric is widely used in the production of garments such as lingerie, swimwear, leggings, and leotards.
Among the general characteristics of the fabric, its texture, finish, and sustainability stand out, as it is GRS certified and made from recycled materials. Furthermore, it is timeless and features polyester sublimation technology.
Regarding applications and uses, in addition to lingerie or sportswear like leotards and leggings, it is also used for making swimsuits and bikinis. Care instructions recommend a maximum washing temperature of 40ºC, and the use of bleach, dry cleaning, and tumble drying is discouraged.
Concerning printing technology, sublimation is carried out through a process of transferring ink in gaseous form, allowing it to penetrate the fabric fibers permanently. This process enables high definition and quality in printing, as well as durability and resistance.
