Cotton Touch Jersey Knit - Athens

The base fabric is called Punto Jersey de Tacto Algodón - Atenas, and it is a knitted fabric composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, which gives it a soft and elastic texture to the touch. It has a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The fabric design is printed on one side using digital textile printing, combining artistic elements of abstract painting and modern art, with a marble texture that unfolds in a variety of main multi-colors. The design can be combined with solid shades of black, blue, green, and yellow.

Regarding the fabrics characteristics, softness and elasticity are the main ones, making it perfect for manufacturing lingerie, pajamas, knitwear, and fashion for men and women in a cool Autumn/Winter 2021 climate. Additionally, the fabric is suitable for making accessories such as scarves, stoles, and socks, as well as home textiles like blankets for living rooms and bedrooms, and napkins for dining rooms.

The care instructions for this fabric are: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used in the fabrics manufacturing is polyester sublimation, which binds the pattern into the fabrics fibers, making it resistant to wear and deterioration from washing and use.
