Melange T-shirt Point - Dubai

The base fabric is a Dubai Melange Jersey Knit, a knit fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its printed design features visual attributes such as a retro colorful checkered and square pattern, as well as a melange visual attribute in the texture. This single-sided digitally printed textile fabric can be combined with plain colors such as white, black, and different shades of blue.

The fabrics characteristics and design are smooth to the touch with a translucent and elastic texture. As for the fabrics attributes, its use can be widely extended, from fashion garments for women and men to t-shirts, making it a timeless fabric. Furthermore, its retro checkered and square print makes it an ideal fabric for manufacturing garments with a vintage design.

It is important to consider the care instructions for this fabric. It should not be bleached, and its maximum washing temperature is 30ºC; dry cleaning is allowed, except for the use of trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and tumble drying is not recommended.

The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which is special for use on polyester fabrics. This process works by printing the ink on transfer paper, which is then transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure, allowing for the creation of high-definition designs.
