The Chanel Tweed fabric features a printed design with stripe and line shapes in sky blue and cotton white tones. This design symbolizes tranquility and freshness, ideal for fashion garments such as jackets, blazers, skirts, and dresses in the Autumn/Winter 2021 seasons. For combination, plain fabrics in white, blue, gray, black, and even pale pink can be used. It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side only using digital textile printing.
Chanel Tweed fabric is characterized by having a rigid texture to the touch. The printed design gives it a modern and sophisticated touch, making it a perfect option for making elegant yet comfortable garments. In terms of uses and applications, in addition to fashion, it can also be used in home textiles, such as cushions for both bedrooms and kitchens and outdoors. It is an ideal fabric for creating vintage-style garments.
For the care of Chanel Tweed fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, but not with trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at low temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology for this fabric is Sublimation (Polyester), a process that involves printing ink profiles on paper or sublimation paper, and then transferring them to the fabric using heat and pressure. This method guarantees high print quality, bright and durable colors, and a wide variety of available designs.
