Recycled Lycra fabric is a soft and elastic fabric weighing 190 gr/m2, made of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a width of 150 cm and GRS certified. This fabric features a printed design with standard complexity, artistic style, and modern art, with bright and multi-colored hues. This design can be combined with solid colors such as white, black, or pale pink to enhance its colorfulness. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, ensuring incredible print quality.
This fabric has general characteristics of being soft and elastic, chlorine-resistant, with very high UV protection (50+), and is specially designed for applications such as bikinis and sports swimwear, as well as for making hair ties and scrunchies. This fabric is sustainable and made with recycling processes, which makes it especially suitable for sustainable fashion garments.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, as well as to iron it at a cool temperature. It cannot be tumble dried or dry cleaned.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, a method that ensures image fixation and durability. Thanks to this technology, the printed design features great detail and vivid colors.
