The base fabric is the Antibacterial Water-Repellent Fabric - Tromso, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 160 gr/m2, 150 cm width, and waterproof. Its antibacterial finish and rough texture make it ideal for use in fashion, decoration, and accessories. The standard complexity printed design features a colorful style with a shiny texture and smoke. The main colors of the design are multicolor, allowing combinations with other plain colors. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side. This textile printing technology guarantees high image quality and durability against washing. The resulting fabric is resistant, soft to the touch, and, thanks to its water-repellent properties, prone to drying quickly when any liquid is spilled.
Due to its composition and characteristics, the fabric is recommended for use in cushions, tablecloths, accessories, sun loungers, and blinds, among others. It should be noted that the fabric should not be bleached, is not suitable for tumble drying, and ironing should be done at a lukewarm temperature. Likewise, dry cleaning is recommended, except with trichloroethylene.
Regarding printing technology, sublimation is a process that uses heat and pressure to transfer ink to the fabric. The ink turns into gas when high heat is applied, penetrating the fabric fibers and creating a durable bond. This printing process allows the use of a wide variety of colors and designs, guaranteeing the quality and durability of the final result.
