The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, a knitted fabric composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. This fabric has a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152cm. It is soft to the touch, elastic, and visually opaque. The printed design is of simple complexity and features shiny, silvery textures, as well as multi-colored sequin details. This design would be ideal for lingerie, tops, knitwear, and accessories, and could be combined with solid colors such as black, white, or silver or gold tones.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a double-sided printed fabric but printed on one side. The combination of the fabrics softness and the designs shiny, silvery textures gives it an elegant and sophisticated appearance. It is important to note that, due to the fabrics composition, it can be used for manufacturing sports apparel.
Given that Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support fabric is soft to the touch and elastic, it is especially suitable for manufacturing lingerie and body-hugging garments. It is also an excellent choice for making accessories such as hair ties and scrunchies, as well as sportswear like tops and bras. Furthermore, due to its opacity, it is ideal for garments that require high coverage capacity.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, not to use a temperature above 30ºC, be careful when ironing as it should only be done on the reverse side of the fabric, and avoid using a tumble dryer to prevent damaging the fabric. Dry cleaning is recommended, except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process involves printing the design on transfer paper using special inks and then transferring it through heat and pressure to the fabric using a heat press. This ensures that the designs are durable and do not fade over time or with washing.
