Satin - Amsterdam

The base fabric for this printed design is Satin, called Satin - Amsterdam, especially suitable for womens and mens fashion. Its grammage of 120 gr/m2 gives it a silky drape and a soft touch. The printed design is characterized by its simplicity and artistic style, with a smoke pattern in multicolor tones. This design could ideally combine with plain tones in dark green, black, white, gray, or dusty pink. It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed on one side only.

Regarding general characteristics, the fabric has a shiny visual texture and a smooth, thin feel; while the design is of very simple complexity and artistic style. The most common applications or uses for this fabric are in fashion garments, both for women and men, such as shirts, blouses, skirts, trousers, tops, kimonos, and accessories like scarves. Additionally, it can be used in lingerie, pajamas, and bridal gowns. This fabric is timeless and is also ideal for the autumn/winter 2021 season.

In terms of care, this fabric requires a maximum washing temperature of 40ºC, does not allow bleaching, and allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene. Ironing should be at a warm temperature, and it can be tumble-dried at reduced temperature.

Finally, this fabric is printed using sublimation technology (polyester), which is based on a process of image transfer using heat and pressure, where the ink goes directly from a solid to a gaseous state, impregnating the fabric fibers to obtain a permanent image.
