The fabric for this printed design is Glasgow cloth, a predominantly polyester weave with a soft touch thanks to the incorporation of 5% viscose and 2% elastane. Its weight of 380 gr/m2 makes it ideal for outerwear and its width of 150 cm allows for efficient use of each fabric cut. The printed design is characterized by its drawn style and simple complexity, with a touch of modern art and a marble texture in multi-color tones, which could easily be combined with a plain fabric in dark tones, such as black or navy blue.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that only one side of the fabric carries the print. The texture is soft to the touch and the polyester fibers ensure good durability and wear resistance.
This fabric has various applications and uses, especially for outerwear such as coats, trenches or jackets, as well as for jackets and blazers. In addition, due to its composition, it can also be used in the making of home accessories, such as coasters or kitchen towels.
Regarding its care, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not use bleach, do not dry clean and iron at a warm temperature. In addition, the use of a tumble dryer is not recommended to avoid possible damage to the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink through heat and pressure to the fabric, guaranteeing high print quality and great durability.
