Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric is Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, and a weight of 145 gr/m2 with a width of 145 cm. The printed design is characterized by its simple complexity, with a romantic style and a vectorial pattern of hearts, whose main colors are Night Blue, Cranberry Blue, and Neon Blue. This design can perfectly combine with solid colors in white, gray, or pink tones, among others. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.

The fabrics texture is soft and smooth to the touch, and the printed design is defined and sharp. The Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic is a sustainable fabric, as it has been GRS certified and is made from recycled materials. Its applications and uses are aimed at sportswear, swimwear, and bermudas for men, women, and children, as well as sports shirts. Furthermore, it is timeless, meaning it can be used at any time of the year.

It is important to consider certain care instructions to maintain the quality of the fabric: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a low temperature, and do not tumble dry.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is Sublimation, which consists of transferring the stamped design through heat and pressure onto a special paper called sublimation paper. Once the design is printed on the sublimation paper, it is placed on the fabric and subjected to heat and pressure to transfer the ink to the fabrics fibers. This way, a defined and durable print is achieved on the fabric.
