The base fabric is a high-quality cloth called Glasgow, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is complex, with a mix of corrosion and rust that gives it a unique, multicolored look. This design symbolizes strength and resilience in the face of adversity, combining the hardness of metal with the richness of color. It can be combined with plain fabrics in tones such as black, gray, and burgundy.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, which gives it great quality and durability. The fabrics soft texture gives it an elegant and comfortable look, perfect for making coats, jackets, blazers, and blousons, as well as for use in the home for coasters and kitchen towels. Furthermore, it is ideal for use in altars, highlighting its resistance to light and deterioration.
The base fabric, due to its composition, requires certain care for its maintenance. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC without using bleach and to iron at a warm temperature. It should not be dry cleaned or tumble dried.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of transferring ink from special printed paper to the fabric using heat and pressure, creating a high-quality and high-definition result. With this technology, great sharpness in details and exceptional color fidelity are achieved.
