The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal is ideal for creating sportswear and swimwear thanks to its composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, which makes it elastic and chlorine-resistant. With a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is perfect for making leotards, leggings, bikinis, and swimsuits. Furthermore, its GRS certification and recycled material make it a sustainable option.
Its standard complexity printed design uses corrosion and rust elements to create a worn and oxidized effect in different multicolored tones. These colors can be combined with plain tones such as black, white, blue, and green to create a contrasting and dynamic effect. The fabric is digitally printed on one side only.
The fabric has a soft and elastic texture with a very high UPF 50+ UV protection finish. Its applications and uses for this type of fabric include lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, and bathing suits. In addition, the fabric is suitable for making fitted garments that require elasticity and resistance.
For fabric care, a maximum wash at 40°C is recommended, and do not use bleach or dry cleaning. The fabric should not be tumble dried and should be ironed at a low temperature.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows the design to be transferred through heat and pressure to create a durable and high-quality finish.
