The Polyester Lycra fabric - Cairo of 220 gr/m2 is an elastic and soft fabric, with a pleasant tactile texture. Its printed design is of standard complexity, in a folkloric style with floral motifs of bouquets of flowers and multi-color roses. Additionally, it could be combined with plain colors such as white, black, or pastel shades. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the fabric include its elasticity and softness to the touch, as well as its resistance to chlorine and its protection against UV rays. On the other hand, the printed design stands out for its complexity and folkloric style, with floral motifs of bouquets of flowers and multi-color roses.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it can be used for sports clothing for women, men, and children, lingerie such as bodysuits and bras, knitwear and fashion tops for women and men, scrunchies, bikinis, and swimsuits. Additionally, its elasticity makes it ideal for fitted garments that require high flexibility and movement without losing their shape.
Regarding care, the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not bleached, dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene, ironed at a cool temperature, and not tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (Polyester), which allows the design to be printed on a specifically coated paper sheet and the ink to be sublimated onto the fabric surface using heat and pressure. This produces a high-quality and durable finish in the fabric print.
