The Nairobi Polyester Lycra fabric, weighing 270 gr/m2, features an abstract printed design with multi-colored brushstrokes and drawings, adorned with blurred details that evoke the texture of paint. This fabric can be combined with solid colors in shades of cream, black, blue, and green. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side. The fabric is elastic, chlorine-resistant, and boasts a very high UV protection of 50+. Regarding the printed design, its soft texture and feel against the skin are noteworthy.
The fabric has applications in sportswear such as tights, leggings, swimsuits, bikinis, leotards; lingerie and swimwear in general, as well as fashion garments. Thanks to its elasticity and chlorine-resistant finish, it is ideal for water activities.
In terms of care, the fabric should not be bleached, and washing should be done at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Dry cleaning is permitted, except for the use of trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature. The fabric cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a process that allows the design to be printed with high quality and durability, maintaining the soft and elastic texture of the fabric. It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side, meaning that the back of the fabric does not have the printed design and has a smooth finish.
