The fabric, Recycled Lycra - Recycled, is a lycra with a weight of 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, which stands out for its softness and elasticity to the touch. Its printed design is characterized by its simplicity in complexity, with brick and square shapes in vibrant multicolored colors. This design can be combined with other plain colors such as black, white, or pink. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding general characteristics, Recycled Lycra - Recycled is a chlorine-resistant fabric with a very high UV Protection Factor of 50+. Thanks to its elasticity, it is ideal for sports swimwear such as bikinis or swimsuits, although it can also be used for other purposes such as hair ties or scrunchies. In addition, this fabric has received GRS certification as sustainable and is recycled.
As for care, bleaching and dry cleaning should be avoided, and it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron it at a cool temperature, and avoid tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high quality in the reproduction of the printed design thanks to the transfer of ink to the fabric through heat and pressure.
