The base fabric for this textile is Organic Cotton Twill - Florence, a fabric made of 100% organic cotton with a weight of 195 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its printed design is characterized by its simplicity and floral and vegetal motifs, featuring geraniums, petals, and flowers in multicolored hues. To complement these shades, solid colors such as green, white, or cream can be used to provide harmony and balance. It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
Regarding the characteristics of the fabric and the printed design, we can highlight its softness and rigidity to the touch, creating a unique texture in the garment or accessory made from it. Additionally, the fabric is sustainable and holds GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification, demonstrating its commitment to the environment and biodiversity. As for the design, its natural motifs evoke an atmosphere of serenity and freshness, perfect for decoration, fashion, or home textile projects.
The applications and uses of the fabric are diverse, making it perfect for decoration on frames and canvases, as well as for fashion garments such as pants, overshirts, jeans, shorts, or Bermuda shorts. It is also useful for creating toiletry bags, purses, and accessories in general, and in home textiles, it can be used for cushions, table runners, tablecloths, or napkins in different rooms of the home.
For the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allow dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, iron at a low temperature, and avoid tumble drying. These care instructions ensure greater durability and quality of the fabric over time.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is direct reactive digital printing for natural fibers. This process involves printing inks using a specialized printer, guaranteeing greater precision and quality of the design printed on the fabric. This printing method also allows for a wider variety of colors and designs and reduces environmental impact compared to other printing methods.
