The base fabric is Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The fabric has a waterproof quality that makes it suitable for use in fashion garments, such as trench coats and raincoats, as well as in outdoor decorative items such as cushions or awnings. The texture of the fabric is granular and rough to the touch, which gives it a more resistant appearance. In addition, the fabric is opaque, making it perfect for printing with high-quality designs and vibrant colors.
The printed design has a simple complexity and is inspired by nature with floral elements of geraniums, petals, and flowers. The predominance of multi-colors makes it very versatile to combine with other plain colors. The fabric is printed with this design on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for fast production and great detail.
The characteristics of the waterproof fabric and the printed design make this fabric the perfect choice for fashion garments and outdoor decorative items. In addition, thanks to its water resistance, it is also suitable for use in items such as dining table cloths. The fabric can be washed with cold water and the use of bleach or a dryer is not recommended. For ironing, a low temperature is recommended to avoid deforming the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high image quality and color durability on the fabric. This technique consists of printing the image on transfer paper with special inks and then printing it onto the fabric using heat and pressure. The result is a printed design with high definition and much greater wear resistance than traditional printing techniques.
