The Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston is a sweatshirt-type fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 220 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm and it has a brushed finish to give greater softness and warmth to the touch. The printed design presented on the fabric is of simple complexity and features gastronomic motifs of fruits, specifically orange slices in multicolor tones. In addition to these tones, this fabric could perfectly combine with solid color tones such as black, white, and gray.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the design is presented on one side of the fabric and the opposite side is a solid color.
In terms of general characteristics, this fabric is perfect for making winter or autumn-winter clothing. Thanks to its composition, it is resistant to deformation and tearing. Due to its brushed finish, it is a very warm and soft fabric to the touch. In addition, sublimation printing technology allows the printed design to have rich, vibrant, and high-quality colors without affecting the softness of the fabric.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it can be used for making sweatshirts, tracksuits, accessories such as toiletry bags and sports backpacks for women, men, and children. Its GRS certification makes it more sustainable as it is made from recycled materials.
As for the care we must take into account, this fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and cannot be ironed. It can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature and allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, sublimation printing technology is a technique that consists of applying heat and pressure to transfer the design from special paper to the fabric, in this case, polyester fabric. This allows the design to be printed on the fibers of the fabric and not on the surface, allowing for greater durability and quality of the printed design.
