The Sarga - Prada fabric features an abstract droplet print design in soft shades of lavender pink, deep yellow, and neon blue, created using the sublimation printing technique on polyester. This twill fabric, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, is characterized by its softness and thinness. It is ideal for making summer shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and scarves. Additionally, the watercolor design drawn with paint on this type of fabric conveys an artistic yet simple image. It would perfectly combine with solid tones in soft pink, pale yellow, or pastel blue.
Regarding general characteristics, the fabric is soft to the touch and thin in texture, making it very comfortable to wear, especially in warm climates. The technology used in digital textile printing allows the printed design to be visible on only one side of the fabric, which makes it even more delicate and attractive.
In terms of applications or uses, in addition to those mentioned above, it could also be used for making curtains, tablecloths, and cushions, thanks to its soft texture and the delicacy of the design.
It is important to consider the care required for the fabric. It should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not bleached. The fabric allows dry cleaning except for the use of trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at a cool temperature. It is not suitable for tumble drying.
Finally, the sublimation printing technology used in this fabric involves the transfer of special inks to polyester through an evaporation process. This causes the ink to be incorporated into the fabric fibers, maintaining its softness and durability despite use and washing.
