The Bi-elastic Twill fabric - Lisbon has a composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which makes it elastic and resistant to use and washing, with a texture that is both rough and soft to the touch. This fabric is printed with a marine nature design, where corals floating in the water are reflected, in a home decorative style. The main colors of the design are multi-colored. This fabric would be perfect for decorating the house, cushions or even for creating garments such as skirts, shorts or trousers.
The printed design features colors that combine perfectly with plain tones such as black, white or dark blue. The fabric is printed with the design on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it great print quality and durability.
This fabric has very broad general characteristics, as it can be used for a wide variety of creative projects. On the one hand, the fabric is elastic and resistant, which makes it perfect for garments that need mobility such as skirts or trousers. On the other hand, the fabric is soft and has a rough texture that makes it perfect for decoration applications, such as cushions, curtains or upholstery.
Among the applications and uses indicated above, it will be perfect for decorating kitchens with cloths or cushions and, in terms of decoration, it could be used for creating paintings or frames that reflect an aquatic theme.
It is important to note that this fabric requires some specific care, such as not bleaching it and washing it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene and ironing at a cold temperature is recommended. It is not advisable to tumble dry the fabric.
Finally, it should be noted that the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation for polyester fibers. It consists of printing the design on transfer paper and then transferring this design to the fabric using a thermal press under high pressure and temperature. What is achieved with this technology is great durability, quality and precision in the printed design.
