This is Recycled Lycra, a high-quality fabric weighing 190gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. The printed design dynamically combines different multicolored shades with photographic details of pistachios and shells that add a standard complexity. It is ideal for use in accessories such as ponytails and scrunchies, swimwear like bikinis and swimsuits, as well as in beachwear. Furthermore, this fabric has GRS certification and has been made with recycled material, making it sustainable and eco-friendly.
The printed design on the Recycled Lycra features single-sided digital textile printing, which highlights all the details and complexity printed on the fabric. The main colors are predominantly in different multicolored shades, allowing it to be combined with other plain colors, preferably green, pistachio, and turquoise.
The general characteristics of the fabric are its softness and elasticity, which provides a very pleasant texture to the touch and allows for a perfect fit to the body. Additionally, this fabric is characterized by being chlorine-resistant and having very high UV protection 50+, which guarantees the necessary durability and protection for use in sportswear and swimwear.
This Recycled Lycra has multiple applications and uses, such as making ponytails and scrunchies, swimwear, and beachwear. All of this is thanks to the combination of its characteristics and attributes of sustainability and printing technology.
To keep this fabric in optimal condition, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, do not use bleach, iron at a low temperature, do not tumble dry, and avoid dry cleaning.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this Recycled Lycra is sublimation (polyester), a process that consists of printing an image on transfer paper and transferring it to the fabric by applying heat and pressure. This ensures high quality and definition in the printing of designs on the fabric.
