The Polyester Lycra fabric - Cairo is an elastic fabric made of polyester and elastane, with a soft texture and chlorine resistance. Its weight of 220gr/m2 makes it ideal for sportswear, lingerie, and swimwear, among other applications. This fabric is printed with a standard complexity patterned design, drawn with smoke and an explosion. The main colors are multicolored, which gives it great versatility when combining with other plain colors. The printed design is only on one side of the fabric, thanks to digital textile printing.
Polyester Lycra - Cairo has remarkable features such as its elastomeric feel and softness, which make it very pleasant to the touch. In addition, it has a very high UV protection factor, which makes it ideal for summer clothing. On the other hand, its printed design is attractive and vibrant, and its standard complexity allows for great versatility in garment making.
This fabric can be used in multiple applications, both in the manufacture of sportswear, as well as in swimwear, lingerie and fashion in general. Its elasticity and softness make it perfect for close-fitting garments, and its UV protection makes it ideal for outdoor garments. The care for this fabric is simple. It is recommended not to bleach, wash in water not exceeding 40°C and iron at a cold temperature. Dry cleaning is also possible, except with trichloroethylene, and tumble drying is not recommended.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation. This is a printing method in which the ink turns into gas and penetrates the fibers of the fabric. This allows the design to be durable, wash resistant and not wear out over time.
