The Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric for Sweatshirts - Boston has a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 220 gr/m2, with a width of 160 cm and a GRS sustainability certification for being recycled. This fabric has a brushed finish that makes it soft and comfortable against the skin. The printed design is characterized by its simplicity, with a wool texture fabric and a multicolor combination of colors. The fabric is printed with the single-sided printed design by digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of this fabric are its softness and comfort, typical of a sweatshirt fabric. In addition, its polyester composition makes it wrinkle-resistant and easy to wash. The printed design has a texture that simulates wool, but maintaining a soft finish thanks to the brushing of the fabric. The multicolor combination of the design allows for easy combination with other plain tones such as blacks, grays or complementary colors, such as yellows or greens.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, ranging from sweatshirt fashion for men, women or children, to toiletry bags, backpacks or sports tracksuits. Thanks to its softness and comfort, it can also be used in underwear or pajamas.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached, its washing should be done at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and in case of wanting dry cleaning, it should be done without trichloroethylene. Also, being a delicate fabric, ironing is not recommended and it should be tumble dried at reduced temperature.
This fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology, which consists of transferring the printed design to the fabric through heat and pressure, which guarantees a high quality and durable print. The process is carried out using special printers that print on transfer paper previously printed with the design and then it is transferred by heat to the fabric, integrating permanently into it.
