The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra called Cairo, weighing 220 gr/m2, with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, a grammage of 220 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. Characterized by being elastic and soft to the touch, it is chlorine-resistant and has a high UV protection factor of 50+. Its printed design combines standard complexity with a mosaic and photographic style, including gastronomic elements such as multicolored beans. This design could perfectly combine with solid colors such as blue, green, and yellow in pastel tones. This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric is very versatile and can be used for making sportswear, lingerie, tops, and knitwear, as well as bikinis and swimsuits. The combination of lycra and elastane provides elasticity and softness to the touch, ideal for these types of garments. The design, on the other hand, adds visual complexity by including photographic and mosaic elements, making it unique and specially appealing.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended to avoid bleaching and wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is compatible with dry cleaning, but trichlorethylene is not recommended. It can be ironed at a cool temperature, but cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows designs to be printed with great precision and color depth on polyester fabrics. In this process, the design is printed on transfer paper with special inks, and then the paper is fixed to the fabric using heat and pressure. The result is a high-quality, durable printed design.
