Prada Twill fabric is a soft-to-the-touch and thin fabric, with a composition of 96% polyester and 4% elastane, perfect for making fashion garments, for both men and women. The printing technology used is sublimation, which allows the design printed on the fabric to be very sharp and bright, with a single digitally printed side. The stamped design on this fabric represents a very simple complexity, with a marine and tropical style where water wave shapes, and ocean and crystalline water nature predominate. The main colors of the design are multicolored and could be combined with solid tones of turquoise, navy blue, and white, among others.
Regarding general characteristics, the fabric is ideal for use in summer due to its lightness and freshness. In addition, the fabric and design have a soft and thin texture that makes it very comfortable to wear on the skin. In relation to the attributes of the fabric, its applications and uses stand out, which include the making of fashion garments such as shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and accessories such as scarves. Also, due to its polyester and elastane composition, this fabric is wrinkle-resistant and maintains its original shape after being washed.
It is important to consider the specific care required by Prada Twill fabric to ensure its durability. It is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a low temperature. Also, it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation. This process is carried out by transferring special inks which, through heat, transform into gas and penetrate the polyester fibers of the fabric, impregnating the colors definitively in it. It is a process that ensures the durability of the design printed on the fabric and allows a great variety of designs and colors, as well as a high quality of the final result.
