Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel fabric is a 420 gr/m2 polyester fabric, 150 cm wide and made of 100% polyester. This fabric offers a rigid texture to the touch and is perfect for structured garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, and vests. Additionally, it can also be used for decorative items like cushions for the living room, bedroom or kitchen, as well as for sports garments like vests or accessories such as bow ties and caps.
The printed design is decorative and folkloric in style, featuring a prominent floral motif composed of a bouquet of flowers, accompanied by petals and geraniums in a multicolor palette. This design can be combined with solid colors such as black, white, dark red, or olive green to achieve a style that highlights the tones and details of the design. Its important to note that this fabric is printed on one side only using digital textile printing.
Regarding its general characteristics, this fabric offers a rigidity that consolidates its structure, with very stable resistance and the ability to adjust to the needs and demands of each garment to offer an optimal finish. The fabric requires certain basic care to maintain its durability and quality. It is important not to bleach, not to tumble dry, and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. Dry cleaning is permitted, except with trichloroethylene, and cold ironing is recommended.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, in which the design is transferred from a medium to the fabric surface. This process is carried out using a special printer where specific pigments are printed directly onto paper before being transferred with heat to the fabric surface, achieving a sharp, durable, and resistant finish.
