The base fabric of our design is the Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric, a technical fabric with 100% polyester composition and a weight of 200 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and it is designed to be waterproof, making it an ideal choice for outdoor, sports, and home textile fashion. With a granular feel and a rough texture, this fabric has an opaque appearance, which gives it great resistance to abrasion and stains.
The printed design combines engine figures and corrosive rust effects, embodying a combination of industrial and city designs. With main colors in multicolored tones, this design is perfect for garments and accessories for both men and women. In addition, it can be combined with other plain colors such as black, white, gray, or dark blue and is printed on one side by digital textile printing.
Regarding the characteristics of the fabric, its impermeability guarantees the protection of garments and accessories made with it against humidity and rain, while its granular texture gives it a rustic and strong touch. On the other hand, its resistance to stains and abrasion make it a durable material perfect for daily use garments and accessories.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, we provide some of the most common ones, such as the manufacture of trench coats, raincoats, cushions, awnings, and tablecloths for outdoor use. It is true that outdoor textiles today combine quality and aesthetics to create unique environments and unless otherwise desired, we are dealing with a fabric that does not need a lining.
Regarding the care this fabric should have, it is important not to bleach it, not to dry clean it, and to iron it at a cold temperature. In addition, it should not be tumble dried, as long as we do not want the garment to stop being waterproof.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is known as sublimation, guaranteeing high-resolution, fast, and efficient digital printing, which allows the creation of complex designs. The printing is done on one side, which means that the image will only appear on one side of the fabric, leaving the other side ready for use in garment making.
